Our story

helloclearance is no ordinary customs clearance company. The face, heart and soul of our business is Patrick Burwitz, an expert who has spent many years working in customs clearance. Patrick handled his first customs clearances at the port of Lübeck-Travemünde at just 17 years old and has been dedicated to the field ever since. That adds up to more than 25 years of experience, commitment and dedication.

After successfully completing his vocational training in Lübeck-Travemünde, Patrick moved to Hamburg. There, he continued to develop his professional skills and discovered a personal passion for customs clearance. This passion drove him to keep learning about this complex field and build in-depth expertise. His tireless curiosity and love for the industry have made Patrick an expert.
